For best results, we recommend using 1 cotton pad / day for 3-4 weeks.

What is the delivery policy?

All orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- France: 2 to 4 working days
- Europe: 4 to 6 working days
- DOM-TOM: 7 to 15 working days
- International: 6 to 10 working days

A tracking number is sent upon dispatch.

Customs charges may apply depending on your country/territory, and are payable by the customer.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Our turmeric cotton pads come with a 40-day money-back guarantee: even when opened and tested, you can return them if you're not convinced.

👉 Other products (creams, serums, accessories, etc.) are only covered by the legal 30-day right of withdrawal, provided they are unopened and unused.

How do I make a return?

Am I responsible for return shipping costs?

Yes, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense (except for defective products or errors on our part).
